Dave
Champion was born and raised in Southern California. At 19,
Dave joined the military and became a
U.S. Army Airborne Ranger. After leaving the military, Dave returned to
Southern California and opened his own successful
telecommunications firm.
In
the mid-1980s he began working Bail Recovery, (more commonly known as
bounty hunting). Shortly thereafter, Dave entered law
enforcement, in which he supervised anti-drug and anti-gang operations
in some of the most crime-ridden areas of Southern California.
Dave's
research into U.S. tax law began in 1993. The
perception that the IRS was above the law was disturbing to Dave. In a
free country, no one is above the law. Now,
for the first time and nearly two decades after he began his research,
the fruits of Dave's in-depth
investigation are available to every American who
